The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Tehran offers limited consular services subject to the authorized functions outlined in Philippine jurisprudence, the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations and prevailing international agreements, and in compliance with existing rules and regulations of the Philippine Foreign Service.

While taking cognizance of host country requirements and foreign regulations, Philippine consular officers will endeavour to provide appropriate advice and issuances related to the discharge of his/her consular duty, within the framework of Philippine laws and the limits of his/her authority.
